浩华管理顾问公司(Horwath HTL)是浩华国际(总部于纽约)的成员之一，始建于1987年，在亚太区专门从事酒店及旅游业的管理顾问服务，浩华是第一家进入中国市场的专业酒店顾问公司。在中国参与的酒店项目已经超过250个，遍及45个城市，近期项目类型和研究领域包括酒店开发战略研究、可行性分析、集团连锁及品牌战略研究、中国经济型酒店市场研究、群组/个体酒店改造战略等。

Horwath HTL is the regional arm of Horwath International’s Hotel, Tourism and Leisure Consulting Group. Since its establishment in 1987, Horwath HTL has been involved with over 2,000 projects throughout the region in all phases of the property lifecycle for clients ranging from individually held businesses to the world’s most prominent hotel companies, developers, lenders, investors and industrial corporations. Horwath HTL has been involved with over 250 projects in China.

为推动全球酒店数据共享一体化的进程，The Bench全球的合作伙伴STR, 德勤旗下的Hotel Benchmark以及The Bench三家在全球酒店数据共享分析行业内享有盛名的公司，最终达成合并协议，成立一个新的商业实体 – STR GLOBAL。STR Global的成立，意味着全球酒店行业覆盖面最广的数据库自此诞生。
以往，客户基本是通过以下三种渠道来得到信息，通过The Bench得到每日数据的分析，通过德勤(Hotel Benchmark)得到每月数据分析，通过STR得到全球各个不同市场的信息。通过三方协商，最终决定将三家公司的优势进行整合，期望以后客户只通过一个渠道，就能得到全面的信息。STR Global未来将为客户提供一站式服务，相对曾经客户得到零散的市场信息，STR Global将为客户提供更全面的市场蓝图。也将成为酒店业主，投资者，主要金融刊物，投资银行以及经营者对于市场分析检测和制定高效营销策略的最佳信息流通渠道。

中国旅游饭店业协会(CTHA)成立于1986年2月，是由中国境内的旅游饭店和地方饭店协会、饭店管理公司、饭店用品供应厂商等相关单位，按照平等自愿的原则结成的全国饭店行业的专业性协会。协会现有会员2,800家，为会员提供的服务包括：促进旅游饭店间的经验交流，收集国内外饭店业信息，组织开展饭店培训、研讨、考察活动，并开展与海外饭店餐馆协会等相关行业组织之间的交流与合作。

CTHA was founded in 1986. Organized under the supervision of the China National Tourism Administration (CNTA), CTHA is a nation-wide professional association whose 2,800 members comprise domestic hotels, local hotel associations, domestic and international hotel management groups and hotel suppliers. CTHA’s services include: strengthening communication between members, collecting information on the domestic and international hotel markets, providing hotel training programs and forums and liaising with overseas hotel and tourism organizations.
