Guests, Translations and Spouses are not allowed into the conference events or receptions without registration and paying the
full registration fee.
Cancellation and Refund requests must be made in writing. Cancellation before Feb. 23rd , 2010 will be result in a full refund. Any
cancellation that is received after Feb. 24th and before March 5th , 2010 will be charged 50% of the registration fee. We regret that
no refunds can be made after March 5th 2010.
